School

Ya know, I really hate to be a complainer but seriously this semester of nursing school is ridiculous...and it's only day 2. Everything has changed. They took our instructors away in the middle of our program and gave us new ones, who teach completely different and expect completely different things from us. Is that really fair? I don't think so. I feel like I have to teach myself this semester and pray to God that it'll be enough to pass. I can't go into all the details and worries because I'd type for hours on end. I guess I'm writing this to say please pray for me whenever you think about it in the next 5 months, I'm going to need it. Thanks for the support! Here goes...

My Trip to Austin

Hey all! So I finally went out to Austin, TX to visit Alerie and the new baby Makenzie. She was born March 11th, but since I live in Kentucky and Alerie lives in Texas well...it's tough to get together! She is 5 months old now and absolutely perfect! We had so much fun just getting to know each other. I got to spend 5 days with her and I loved every minute of it! Also, it was the first time in probably over 2 years that I got to spend time with Alerie. We are both always so busy when we visit Arizona that it's rare we get to spend any quality time together. I miss her so much! The next time I see Makenzie she will be 9 months old! Crazy! All in all it was a very fun trip and I wish I could have stayed longer. I miss my little "niece" so much already! Love you Alerie and Makenzie!

So I guess I've been living in a dark hole somewhere because I had no idea about blogs! While visiting Alerie, Marcus, and baby Makenzie in Austin; Alerie introduced me to the new sensation! I love it! So here I am.
